Hello everyone, I'm Jane, your Head of Internal Communications. Today, I'm thrilled to announce some new initiatives we're launching, all designed to support and enhance your wellbeing.

We understand that everyone has unique wellness needs. That's why we've developed a comprehensive and flexible approach, one that caters to various aspects of wellbeing—physical, mental, and social.

Let's start with our physical wellbeing initiative. We're providing all employees with a fitness benefit. You can use it for a gym membership, fitness equipment, or even online workout classes.

Mental wellbeing is just as important. We're partnering with a top-rated mindfulness app to give everyone free access. There are guided meditations, sleep stories, and stress management resources available 24/7.

If you ever need someone to talk to, remember that our Employee Assistance Program is there for you. It's confidential and available at any time.

Social wellbeing, especially in a remote environment, can be challenging. We're introducing monthly virtual events where you can connect, share experiences, and have some fun.

Lastly, to keep wellness at the forefront of our minds, every Wednesday will now be Wellbeing Wednesday. We'll share tips, host workshops, and encourage everyone to step away from work for a wellbeing break.

Your feedback is crucial in this journey. We'll be sending out a survey to understand your needs better and adjust our initiatives accordingly.
