Hello team, this is Blake, your Diversity and Inclusion Lead. Today, I am excited to share with you some of the steps we're taking to strengthen our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within our organization.

Our diversity is our greatest asset. Each one of us brings unique perspectives, contributing to a richer and more dynamic workplace. To enhance this diversity we're launching some initiatives. The first is unconscious bias training for all employees. This will be a mix of workshops, webinars, and learning modules spread over the coming months, designed to help us understand and mitigate any inherent biases that we may unknowingly carry with us.

Our equity initiative means we are also undertaking a thorough reassessment of our hiring and promotion practices. We're implementing structured interviews, providing unconscious bias training for hiring managers, and ensuring transparent career progression guidelines to maintain equal opportunities for all.

Our inclusion initiative goes beyond numbers. We are launching a "Culture Champions" program, where selected individuals across departments will work to promote a more inclusive environment within their respective teams. They will be trained to recognize and address potential barriers to inclusion and will serve as a bridge between their teams and the DEI leadership.

Finally, our refreshed mentorship program will pair employees from different backgrounds and experiences, fostering a culture of learning and understanding. To support these partnerships, we'll be providing a mentorship guidebook and conducting regular check-ins.

And, we want to hear from you. We're rolling out a comprehensive survey to gather your insights on these initiatives and to understand your needs and expectations better.

At ACME, we believe in the power of our collective diversity. These initiatives are our first steps towards creating a more inclusive, equitable future. Here's to making a workplace where everyone is truly seen, heard, and valued. Thank you!
