Welcome to the benefits onboarding video for ABC Corporation! I'm excited to walk you through all the benefits that we offer to our employees here at ABC.
First things first, let's talk about health insurance. At ABC, we offer a comprehensive health insurance plan that includes coverage for medical, dental, and vision. Our plan also includes coverage for prescription drugs and mental health services. In addition to health insurance, we also offer a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match. This means that for every dollar you contribute to your 401(k), ABC will also contribute a percentage. It's a great way to start saving for your future.
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer 25 days paid time off for vacation, sick days, and personal days.
