Walsall Council, a local government authority in the West Midlands, delivers more than 400 services to a highly diverse population of over 294,000 residents across six towns. Their focus spans everything from street cleaning and social care to education, benefits access, and community initiatives.
We interviewed Rebecca Jenkins, Customer Change Agent, and Kirstin Smith, Customer Delivery Manager (Innovation) at Walsall Council. They shared how the council is using Synthesia to drive a borough-wide transformation in public communication, making services more accessible, inclusive, and efficient.
Industry Context
