AI Video Assistant helps users directly create a video based on existing public links, files, or other text-based sources. This process will help streamline the process of converting text into video, bypassing the need to write a script from scratch or design the layout of the video manually in Synthesia. AI Video Assistant has been in testing for a few weeks, and is launching publicly for all Synthesia users on January 31.
How to use the AI Video Assistant
Users can upload files in .pdf, .doc, .docx, or .txt formats, as well as public links. For now, there’s a 4500-word limit on documents and websites that AI Video Assistant will transform into a video.
Uploading a file and generating the real-time script takes only a few minutes and users have the ability to view, stop, and regenerate the script as needed.
When creating the video, users have the option to choose from one of our templates and then refine the content to match a specific audience, objective, or tone. Users can also edit the video's language or how many scenes it has.
AI Video Assistant can be used by anyone who wants to repurpose existing text-based content into videos; for example, content marketers at software companies can turn existing developer-focused blog posts into videos for social networks such as TikTok or YouTube; or owners of a pet store who have written nutrition tips for different dog breeds can create videos that help their customers better understand a dog’s specific nutrition needs; or an HR lead at a law firm who has lengthy onboarding and compliance documents can make them easier to access by transforming them into a series of bite-sized videos and instantly translate them for colleagues around the world.
