I think the best thing is the customization in the video area where you can upload your own pictures or graphics. I also find the selection of several languages or linguistic dialects great.

We are creating videos to guide testers through user tests with these videos. It's much easier (and more flexible) to do this with Synthesia instead of creating videos with real people.

One problem it is solving for us is adding new video sequences after delivery. Before using Synthesia, whenever a client wanted to add more video sequences, we had to shoot again, with all the budget and logistics that entailed.
