Synthesia Promo Code Terms & Conditions

These Promo Code Terms & Conditions (the “Promo Code Terms”) govern your use of promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) made available by Synthesia Limited (“Synthesia”, “we”, “our” or “us”) in connection with our video creation platform and related services (the “Services”). By redeeming or attempting to redeem any Promo Code, you agree to be bound by these Promo Code Terms.

1. Promo Code Discretion and Misuse

Promo Codes are issued at Synthesia’s sole discretion. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to:

• Deny the application of any Promo Code to a user account;
• Limit or revoke Promo Code use for any individual, organization, or account; and
• Disable or terminate any user account we determine has attempted to misuse, exploit, or circumvent the intended use of Promo Codes, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or providing false information.

2. Promo Code Limitations

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional communication:

• Promo Codes are valid only for a limited time;
• Promo Codes are subject to a limited number of uses, which may apply per user, per organization, or across all users; and
• Expired, altered, duplicated, or unauthorized codes are void and unenforceable.

Synthesia may modify, suspend, or cancel Promo Codes at any time and for any reason, including before the expiration of a promotional period or redemption limit.

3. Eligible Countries

Promo Codes are available only to users located in the following countries:

United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Hong Kong, Israel, Portugal, Japan, Mexico, South Africa, Ireland, Brazil, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Sweden, Poland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Australia, Spain.

Promo Code use outside of these countries is not permitted, except in cases where Synthesia, in its sole discretion, explicitly allows otherwise. Any attempt to access or redeem a Promo Code while residing outside these territories may result in denial or cancellation of the promotion and, where applicable, user account suspension or deletion.

4. Misuse and Enforcement

Synthesia takes Promo Code integrity seriously. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to redeem the same code more than once;
• Using unauthorized software or tools to scrape, guess, or generate codes;
• Sharing Promo Codes publicly if they were intended for private or single-use distribution.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate. This includes immediate suspension or termination of user accounts and reversal of promotional benefits applied under false pretenses.

5. No Cash Value or Transferability

Promo Codes:

• Have no cash or monetary value;
• Are non-transferable and non-refundable; and
• Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless expressly permitted by Synthesia.

6. Modifications

Synthesia may revise these Promo Code Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use or attempted use of Promo Codes after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
