Waitlist Promotion: Terms and Conditions 

Syren Early Access Bonus Credits | Last updated: October 7, 2026. 

1.The Offer 

Synthesia is opening a waitlist for the release of Syren (the "Feature"). The first 1,000 eligible users to join the waitlist will receive 5,000 additional credits (the "Bonus Credits") added to their Synthesia account. The value of the Bonus Credits at the time of the launch of the promotion is in the amount of $50 (fifty US dollars). 

2. Eligibility 

Only users from the following territories are eligible to participate in this promotion: United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Netherlands, Switzerland, Japan, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Australia, Spain. To qualify for the Bonus Credits, you must: (a) submit a valid email address through the waitlist until October 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM BST (the “Promotion End Date”); (b) ensure that email address is associated with an existing Synthesia account no later than the Promotion End Date; and (c) hold a Basic, Starter or Pro plan at the time the Bonus Credits are applied. Accounts on an Enterprise plan are not eligible. 

3. First 1,000 Users 

Bonus Credits are limited to the first 1,000 eligible users, determined by the time of waitlist submission. Joining the waitlist after the limit is reached does not qualify for Bonus Credits, although you may still be notified of the release. Only one submission per person and one award per Synthesia account applies. Only users who receive the Bonus Credits will be notified by email; if you don't hear from us, your submission did not qualify.

4. How Credits Are Applied 

Eligible accounts will receive the Bonus Credits directly in their accounts after the Feature is released. Bonus Credits are co-termed with your current billing cycle: they expire at the end of that cycle, do not roll over, and have no cash value. They are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for money or other benefits, and are subject to Synthesia's standard Customer Terms of Service. 

5. Ineligible Submissions 

If the email address is not linked to a Synthesia account by the release date, or the account is on an Enterprise plan at that time, no Bonus Credits will be awarded. Synthesia may disqualify submissions that are duplicated, automated, fraudulent or otherwise in breach of these terms. 

6. Data and Privacy 

We will use the email address you submit to administer the waitlist, verify eligibility, award Bonus Credits and notify you about the Feature, in accordance with the Synthesia Privacy Policy. 

7. Changes and Cancellation 

Synthesia may amend, suspend or cancel the waitlist or the Bonus Credits offer at any time, including if the Feature release is delayed, changed or cancelled. Synthesia's decisions on eligibility are final. 

8. General 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
