Today, we’re introducing Admin insights—so admins can export usage reports without relying on manual support requests. Available for admins on Enterprise plans.
How it works and why it matters
Admins can now generate CSV reports that summarize usage across their organization or workspace.
- Choose a date range
- Request a report in-product
- Receive a downloadable ZIP by email
Reports include organization, workspace, and user-level insights (for example: invitations, license breakdown, videos created, versions generated, and minutes generated).
Limitations
- Insights are available from 1 Dec 2023 onward
- Past-date exports show users’ current license and role (historical license and role aren’t stored)
