Synthesia and Multiverse partner to drive AI adoption by UK workers
Create AI videos with 240+ avatars in 160+ languages.
LONDON, June 3, 2026 – Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform for business, today announced a partnership with Multiverse, Europe’s only EdTech unicorn, to support AI upskilling across the UK workforce. Synthesia’s platform will be integrated into Multiverse’s AI Learner Toolkit, giving more than 30,000 learners resources to implement Synthesia’s end-to-end AI video platform as part of their training, and the practical skills to deploy it inside their organisations.
AI is reshaping how every business operates, and building practical AI capability across the workforce is a national priority. As a London-headquartered company used by more than 65,000 businesses worldwide – including 90% of the Fortune 100 and over 70% of the FTSE 100 – Synthesia is putting its platform behind that mission, equipping a new generation of UK workers with the tools to create, communicate, and deliver measurable impact with AI video.
Inside Multiverse’s AI Learner Toolkit, Synthesia sits alongside other no-code, low-code, and generative AI tools, with structured guidance on how learners can apply it to address business pain points. The work Multiverse learners are already shipping with Synthesia speaks for itself:
- Local government: One learner built accessibility-compliant resident communications that shifted service delivery from assisted to digital channels, while another halved content production time.
- Insurance: A customer operations professional replaced manual live training for vulnerable customers with standardised AI-generated video modules – improving consistency, reducing workload, and strengthening auditability.
- Real estate: A programme director produced multilingual training materials at scale, replacing static text with engaging video – without the time and cost of traditional filming or voiceovers.
The partnership formalises and strengthens an existing relationship. Synthesia is already embedded in Multiverse's own learning content, used to produce AI-powered video across its programmes. The capability lets Multiverse deliver dynamic, multimodal content that can be updated in real time, paired with the company’s signature human coaching to create an AI-powered, human-led learning experience. The announcement was first made at Synthesia Live London, where Multiverse CEO Euan Blair joined Synthesia CEO Victor Riparbelli for a fireside conversation on AI adoption and the future of workforce transformation.
Victor Riparbelli, Co-founder and CEO of Synthesia, said: “AI is becoming genuinely capable, and upskilling the workforce is now a board-level priority. The question for every business is no longer whether to adopt AI – it's how fast they can build the human capability to make it work. By embedding Synthesia into Multiverse's programmes, we're putting professional AI video creation into the hands of tens of thousands of learners across the UK.”
Euan Blair, Founder and CEO of Multiverse, said: “The true power of AI occurs when brilliant tech meets human capability. Together with Synthesia, we are turning that vision into reality, putting world-class video AI straight into the hands of our learners to become creators and innovators. They are finding the real-world use cases that improve productivity and create tangible outcomes. And this is how widespread AI adoption actually happens.”
Synthesia is used by more than 65,000 businesses globally, including 90% of the Fortune 100. Multiverse works with more than 1,500 employers across financial services, public services, and professional services, and its learners have driven $2bn+ in ROI for their employers.
