The general workflow is easy and natural. You can pick an avatar, background, add shapes, write text, test and generate, and the result is always as expected with no surprises.

The AI videos are very realistic and there are multiple actors to choose from. In the studio, you can use various existing templates or create your own. It's also possible to define dynamic text, i.e. create a text variable that is created at runtime.

Anyone can create a video; however, video editing/tweaking is what takes the most time. Using Synthesia, there is no need to re-record a video to fix mistakes, change messaging, or improve how you said something. It's as easy as editing the text and clicking the Generate button.

I am currently exploring the possibility of using AI videos for online learning and training. Apart from using expensive alternatives and filming people, this allows for a quick mockup of the learning program and seeing the results instantly. I prefer to use avatars in my company videos rather than my own face because they look more professional and I trust them to maintain my corporate image. Additionally, I don't have to worry about setting up a microphone and camera, buying and learning complex video recording and editing software, or hiring actors, assistants, or editors. I am able to handle the entire process by myself.
